Policy

NanyApps is designed to minimize unnecessary data collection while still measuring limited product usage and supporting voluntary subscriptions.

Effective: August 1, 2026Last updated: August 1, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to NanyApps at https://www.nanyapps.com/, its tool pages, browser functionality and server-assisted features.

2. Tool processing

Many tools are designed to process inputs locally in the browser. Some features may require cloud or API processing. The individual tool page should explain the relevant behaviour.

3. First-party analytics

NanyApps may measure page/path visited, tool used, page views, starts, completions, downloads, copy/share actions, related-tool clicks, generic errors, anonymous visitor/session identifiers, browser, operating system, device category, screen-size category, language, time zone, referrer, approximate country and timestamps.

4. Private tool inputs

Analytics is not intended to capture uploaded file contents, calculator values, text entered into utilities, raw developer-tool input, passwords, generated hashes, authentication tokens or precise GPS location.

5. Browser storage

nanyapps_visitor_id may be stored in localStorage to estimate anonymous or returning visitors. A session identifier may be stored in sessionStorage. Clearing site data can remove these values.

6. Subscriptions

If you voluntarily subscribe, NanyApps may store your email address, subscription status, source tool/page and timestamps.

7. Advertising

NanyApps may use Google AdSense or similar advertising services. Advertising providers may use cookies, local storage, device identifiers, network information and ad-interaction data according to their own policies.

8. AWS infrastructure

NanyApps uses AWS services including CloudFront, S3, API Gateway, Lambda and DynamoDB. Infrastructure providers may process technical request information while delivering and securing the service.

9. Retention

Analytics deduplication records may expire automatically through TTL. Active subscription records may remain until removal is requested. Infrastructure logs follow configured retention schedules.

10. Security

Reasonable measures may include HTTPS, restricted S3 access, AWS IAM permissions, encryption where configured, limited backend access and data minimization. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Choices and rights

Depending on jurisdiction, users may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent. Users can also clear browser storage and manage applicable cookie or advertising controls.

12. Contact

Privacy questions can be directed through the NanyApps Contact page.
